How do I use a discount code?


You need to enter a valid code in the 'discount code' box at the check out.




Are all of the flavours always available?


As the fudge is hand made in small batches, we will sometimes sell out of certain flavours. These will be marked as 'out of stock' and unavailable to purchase.

All allergen information and full list of ingredients can be found within the information/description of each product. Alternatively, you can download the full list here.




How do I store my fudge?


We would recommend wrapping your fudge in greaseproof paper & storing it in a cool dry place




Is my fudge gluten free?


Even though we dont add any flour to our fudge, all of our flavours are handmade in an environment which handles flour, therefore our fudge may contain traces of gluten.




How long will my fudge last?


In the extremely rare case that you haven't devoured your fudge as soon as its been delivered, your fudge will be quite happy for at least 10 days after delivery.




Can I specify what flavours will want in a mixed box?


As all of our fudge is handmade in small batches, there will be times when we have sold out of specific flavours but if you leave a message with your order, we will try our best!

Can I track my order?


A tracking number will be sent with your dispatch email




How long before I get my order?


We normally use either Royal Mail or a private courier service. For the majority of deliveries, you should expect to receive your fudge within 3 to 5 working days, but please be aware that this is not a guaranteed service and parcels can take longer to arrive during busy periods.




Do you ship outside the UK?


Please contact us if you require international shipping.





FUDGE SUBSCRIPTION

What does my subscription include?


Depending upon your subscription, you will recive a mixed box every month for the duration of the plan & exclusive offers just for you.




Can I buy this as a gift?


Yes...Just let us know the details of the recipient and we will do the rest!




Does my subscription automatically renew?


No - it will finish when the subscription ends and will not renew




Can I cancel my subscription?


You can cancel upto 14 days after the start of the subscription or whenever you recive your first order - whichever comes first. Please contact us if you require further information.
